I found it! Did it! Narrowed down on THE ULTIMATE HYGGE OIL.
I’m curled up on the couch… Gordon went to bed early with Jack, I stayed up to tidy up. He was supposed to come down to watch a show, but I can’t wake him up now! I’m just loving this moment, sipping my favorite tea (he orders Tik Tok Chai Redbush for me from Scotland, because I love it, and it is not easy to find the perfect Rooibos - it’s so heart-warming every morning and evening to sit down with a cuppa!). Savoring the cozy.
And diffusing Journey On for the first time. THIS IS HEAVEN.
So, how does it feel? Ultimately relaxed, ultimately peaceful.
Young Living recommends it for personal meditation and peace, and I feel why they would! It’s one of those really special blends that manages to combine an earthy energy with a kind of soft overtone. Spruce, Frankincense, Cypress, Cinnamon, Clove, with Rose, Chamomile, Geranium, Lavender, etc.
Fantastic because it has all the healthy benefits of clove, oregano and cinnamon with the emotional grounding of Frankincense and Spruce, topped with inspirational high notes of citrus and floral.
Think delicious. Think spa relaxation.
Gary Young developed this before his death for the World Peace Caravan. And what is the very best way to bring about World Peace? Give inner peace. It is pretty thrilling to read this testimony, to experience this oil, and to realize the vision of this man.
I am all about the change that we can effect. I am about to begin working at the Montana State Legislature. I actually hate politics, but I have worked for the State Legislature before and absolutely loved it - because this is a tiny change I can make. I can’t impact the national or global scene - but yes, we can definitely impact the space around us, and we have to begin with the change in ourselves.
From the Young Living Website: “The powerful, herbaceous, earthy, and inspiring aroma of Journey On celebrates the way Gary helped countless others live a healthier, happier life through his passion for pure essential oils and his philanthropic work. This blend can inspire your own path as we Journey On together.”
Am I inspired? absolutely.
Just one question… Gordon asked for this for Christmas from me, and I found Dream Catcher tucked in the toe of my stocking! Now I am debating now whether to text him to come down or not to smell this… a.) he doesn’t consider oils as newsworthy as I do. BUT b.) it is his special oil and I would never have put it on - FOR THE FIRST TIME - without him!
Should I wake him up for it?!
